ATTACHMENT TO <br />NEW SMUGGLER MINE CORPORATION <br />MLRD -PERMIT NO. M-1995-097 <br />In the last twelve months no activities have taken place that have changed the Reclamation <br />Bond Requirements for the Smuggler Mine. All activities have taken place underground and have <br />been substantially limited to commercial mine tours.
