Invitation for Bids
POVERTY GULCH PROJECT
The State of Colorado, Mined Land Reclamation Division is seeking bids for a
project to reclaim and safeguard 75 inactive mine sites located in Teller
County in and around Cripple Creek. The work shall consist of backfilling and
installing precast concrete panels, steel grating, polyurethane foam and cable
netting. Interested contractors should contact the Colorado Division of
Purchasing, 303 West Colfax Avenue, Suite 600, Denver, Colorado 80204, phone
number: (303) 866 -6100 for a set of Bid No. RN -MINES -292 and RN- MINES -293
(POVERTY GULCH /TENDERFOOT and POVERTY GULCH /GOLD HILL PROJECT) bidding
documents. On -site pre -bid meetings will be held on May 26, 1992. All
interested bidders must attend. Bidding documents must be obtained prior to
the pre -bid meeting.
