The <br />Addendum is being submitted under separate cover by Haley & Aldrich to the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) to supplement the annual fee filing and Annual <br />Report form submittal made by CAMAS on OS January 1998. <br />The Geotechnical Addendum was prepared in accordance with the Observational Approach <br />presented in CAMAS' Mine Plan Amendments Nos. 3 and 4.
