Lower Catch Ditch 2: <br />1. @ pt. 100' north of inlet to pond 9: <br />'top width = 5'; depth = 14" <br />Conclusions <br />DMG planned to follow-up on a few items noted during the field review before a <br />determination of compliance could be made for all aspects of the piles that we checked. <br />First, the permittee was given until Friday, August 8, to repair the section of the <br />northwest collection ditch at CRDA-1 that was filled with coal refuse. Mr. Matthews <br />called me on August 8 and confirmed that ditch capacity had been restored, noting that <br />the permittee has until the end of August to replace riprap by hand.
