ANNIVERSARY DATE: January 31, 1986
1. 25 acres of land have been mined in the previously disturbed
area as shown in Phase II of the map.
2. No land has been reclaimed fully in the past year. Efforts
have been made in backfilling along the shoreline of the
Phase I area.
3. All backfilled areas are located in Phase I as shown on the
Extraction Plan Map. Total area of backfilling is 0.6
acres.
4. No vegetation has been planted this year.
5. No fertilizers, organic material, or soil conditioners sere
used in the past year.
6. Reclamation efforts have not begun other than backfilling of
the Phase I areas (0.6 ac). Mining has been concentrated in
existing disturbed areas left by the previous operator.
This work will continue until all available resource in the
disturbed areas is removed. This approach should furnish
materials until 1989 if market conditions hold. Once these
areas have been exhausted of sand and gravel deposits, final
reclamation efforts can begin in full.
7. The operator plans to keep his operation in the same 25 acre
area that he is currently operating in.
