The attached information provides <br />details concerning reclamation and monitoring activities at the Climax Mine in 2001. The Climax <br />Mine remained on standby status in 2001. <br />Pursuant to 2 CCR 407-1, 407 and Rules 1.15 (1), Climax Molybdenum Company continues to <br />work with the Division in completing analysis for an accurate financial warranty for the property. <br />The current surety for the Climax Mine is $52,365,000.00. <br />Please also note that Mr. William Rech, is no longer the legal contact for the above referenced <br />permit.
