Certification Statement <br />2002 Biosolids Annual Report <br />February, 2002 <br />Climax Molybdenum Company <br />Robinson Tailing Site - CDPHE BMP #0834 <br />I certify, under penalty of law, that the Biosolids stability requirements in Sections <br />4.9.12.C(11) through 4.9.12.C(13), and, as necessary, the appropriate <br />management practices in Sections 4.9.13, 4.9.15, and 4.9.16 have been met. This <br />determination has been made under my direction and supervision in accordance <br />with the system designed to ensure that qualified personnel and co-permittees <br />properly gather and evaluate the information used to determine that the pathogen <br />requirements have been met I am aware that there are significant penalties for <br />false certification including the possibility of fine and imprisonment. <br />Climax Mine and Mil] <br />
