A few <br />items (listed below) aze noted for correction or explanation. Suggested revisions to pages aze <br />provided for your consideration. <br />Page 4 of the AHR. Reference Rule 4.05.13(4)(c). Dischazge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) aze <br />water quantity and quality data. Copies of Dischazge Monitoring Reports aze not included in the <br />report. They were submitted quarterly to the Colorado Division of Public Health and <br />Envirotment and to the Division. (PAP pages 3-61 or 3-85). Please add to page 4 of the <br />Annual Hydrologic Report a paragraph as follows: <br />"Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) <br />DMRs are submitted quarterly to the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment, with copies to the Division of Minerals and Geology, and are included herein <br />by reference." <br />Page 5. Please change "The average flow rate for the No. 1 Mine was 42.1 gpm with a TDS <br />concentration of 1408 mg/1 during 1999." to read "The average flow rate at Outfall 1 was <br />42.1 gpm with a TDS concentration of 1408 mg/1 during 1999." This change is requested as <br />flows were measured at Outfall 1, consisting of discharges from both Mine 1 and Mine 3. <br />Page 6. Please change "Flow -Flow is determined at discharge points 001 & 007 by timing <br />flow into a bucket of known volume." to read " "Flow -Flow was determined by timing the <br />discharge into a bucket of known volume." The change is requested as flows were not <br />. measured at discharge point 007 during 1999. <br />
