This report covers an 18 month period from June, 1989
through December, 1990. This extended period is due to our
conversion, through your approval in December, 1989, to a calendar
year for all of Cooley's mining permits. Our annual reports for
our remaining five operations will follow, within two-weeks of
today's date. All annual fees were paid in December, 1990.
Please excuse the lateness of these reports. Gathering the data to
cover the abnormally long time periods, obtaining this year's
aerial photography, and the sale and "Succession of Operator" of
our Colorado Springs operations has made for a busy year.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call me.
Sincerely,
:Robert B.
