This report covers an 18 month period from June, 1989 <br />through December, 1990. This extended period is due to our <br />conversion, through your approval in December, 1989, to a calendar <br />year for all of Cooley's mining permits. Our annual reports for <br />our remaining five operations will follow, within two-weeks of <br />today's date. All annual fees were paid in December, 1990. <br />Please excuse the lateness of these reports.
