Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Eagle Mine Complex, C-1981-044, First Quarter 2007 Waste Pile Inspection Reports <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />First quarter 2007 Waste Pile inspection report was received in the DMG office on Apti15, 2007. The inspection of both <br />piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on March 21, 2007. No additional material was <br />added to either pile during first quater 2007. The mine is in temporary cessation. No additional maintenance items were <br />identiFed for either pile. <br />In accordance with Rule 4.09.1(11) the waste pile inspection report were sent to the Division within two weeks of the <br />inspection.
