There
have been no disturbances since application for a mining permit was made.
The water level in the Upper Black Squirrel Ground Water Management
District has depleted significantly since the application for this permit and I
have not wanted to begin mining as I must be able to reclamate the disturbed
land as agreed. I am currently addressing the water situation, as I have the
senior water right in the basin, and anticipate putting the mine into operation
in the future.
The map you have on file is still accurate for the current state of the
operation. I have enclosed a check in the amount of $225.00 for the
reclamation permit fee. Should you have any further questions, please
contact me.
~' ~
David Goss
Goss Sand & Gravel
6759 Ellicott Highway
Calhan, CO 80808
719-683-2415
