The following findings <br />were made during the review: <br />1. The variations in the orthophosphate data plots are most <br />likely due to a decimal placement error during transfer <br />of raw data from lab pages to a plotting database. <br />Figure 7 of the report shows values of .13 mgl and .12 <br />mgl for the first and second quarters of 1990. The raw <br />data provided in Appendix 2 reports values of .013 and <br />.012. <br />2. The sampling and analysis meet the requirements of Rule <br />4.05.13 and of the approved monitoring plan. <br />3. The data fall within the historical ranges at the mine. <br />4. The data from the 1990 sampling and measurements are <br />within the projections of the Probable Hydrologic <br />Consequences. <br />If you have questions or are in need of additional information <br />regarding these comments, please contact me.
