REPORTING <br /> Trapping survey reports submitted to the Service should include the following information. <br /> •1. Full name and address of surveyor(s). <br /> "2. Brief project description indicating proposed impact to site. <br /> 3. Site location <br /> •A. Address and legal description specified to 'k 'k Section, Township, Range, <br /> County. <br /> B. UTM coordinates to the nearest 50 meters, Elevation. <br /> 4. Dates and times when surveys were conducted. <br /> 5. Type and amount of bait used. <br /> 6. Meteorological/climatological conditions. <br /> 7. Ecological and site features. <br /> 1) associated animals <br /> 2) plant community description (including strata) <br /> 3) ecological condition/management history <br /> 4) proximity, degree, and type of human development and/or disturbance in the <br /> area (can be done on a map) <br /> 5) other relevant site features (geomorphology, soils, hydrology, other <br /> animals, evidence of exotic animals or plants) <br /> If Preble's is present: <br /> 6) morphological characteristics of the individual (and population, if feasible) <br /> 7) specific geomorphology, hydrology, and soils characteristics <br /> If Preble's is present and the survey is part of a comprehensive study: <br /> 8) type (e.g., fur-dying, toe-clipping, hag) and exact location of markings <br /> 9) population count or estimate including method used (only if feasible) <br /> 8. Appendices <br /> A. Maps (original USGS 71h' quad topos) <br /> B. Photographs of Preble's and its habitats, if discovered on surveyed site(s) <br />
