Reclamation Board at a meeting to be held on February 26,27, 1986 in Room
110 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. At this meeting, the Board will
consider a possible violation of your permit and the Mined Land Reclamation
Act for failure to remit all annual fees required under the law and any
