This report also <br />contains the "Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Annual Reclamation Report" form. <br />The annual report discusses post-closure maintenance activity and tables providing <br />total acreage for all years of mining and reclamation activity at the mine covered by the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (effective Aug <br />30, 1980). Exhibit 4.4-2 has been updated to reflect furrows constructed to address gullies that <br />formed in the Moffat Area.
