I <br />SLOPE STABILITY <br />INTERIN INSPECTION REPORT <br />AREA Wadge Highwall drainage fill DATA 03/18/93 <br />TIME 12 noon by Dennis Jones WEATHER partly cloudy. 30-40° <br />1. Debris, organic matter coal, etc., present in fill <br />2. General gradation and characteristics of material No apparent change from <br />12/08/92 inspection. <br />3. Presence of water, surface and ground Snow cover (approx. 2 ft.l prevents <br />observation. (Approx. 1 gpm normally present in lower portion of channel at this <br />time of year due to spoil spring discharge). <br />4. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence of water N/A <br />5. General material movement Approximately 2 ft. of snow on ground; unable to observe <br />around conditions. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points <br />7. Condition of elope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) Approximately 2 ft. of snow on around; unable to observe around <br />8. Recommendation Continued observation as the fill is placed and the West Wadge Pit <br />area is graded and reclaimed. Differential settlement and erosion should be moni- <br />tored and repaired as necessary. <br />9.
