Due to the phasing and shifting
material requirements, there is often considerable overlap:betweert operational
areas of the clsrent year and the next year. Bonded areas are plarmed to pro-
vide coverage for several years in the future, thus providing margin for
operational flexibility.
Please note that the reports for the Portland quarry and the Boettcher Limestone
Quarry call for bonding revision with a total of 216 acres added to the existing
bond. If, after review ,of our recoRmendatians, you concur, please. advise us of
the individual quarry amounts. Ideal will then arrange a single bond adjustment
to cover the total amount as was done with surety on the original permits.
Sincerely,
~~
Paul E.
