Enclosed with this
letter report on site activities during the yeaz ending May 30, 2006 aze a 1) a
signed DMG "ANNUAL FEE and REPORT REQUEST" form, and 2) a check
for $688.00 for the annual fee due on or before May 30, 2005. Based on the
absence of site activity to date, no map is attached.
The Operator reports that during the report year, no mining or reclamation
activities occurred at the site. The site remains unaffected by mining activities
since permitting for such activities and remains under cultivation.
