Long, <br />Division Director <br />Please be reminded that a 111 Special Operation Permit, such as yours, is for mining <br />which must occur within a specifically short time to satisfy the terms of a <br />governmental contract. If you wish to continuously mine this site, you should <br />re-apply for a 110(2) Limited Impact permit or a 112 Regular permit. You may contact <br />the Division for the proper application package. <br />The annual fee, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3 and 4) and <br />34-32-127(2)(a)(II)(A-D> must be submitted on or before your permit anniversary date <br />listed below.
