Mining continued as approved in the Technical <br />Revision dated February, 1985. Please refer to the Annual Report <br />map for the location of areas discussed in this report. <br />We will deal specif ically with each of the Annual Report questions <br />as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) No new lands have been affected during 1985. Mining <br />continued from the north to the south. We mined 8.95 <br />acres ± during the last year (see map, areas colored blue) . <br />(Z) No reclamation was required during this time period. <br />(3) An additional 0.81 acres ± of backfilling (brown) was <br />completed remedial work continued on the areas being <br />prepared for seeding (green). <br />(4) Not applicable. <br />(5) Not applicable. <br />(6) Backfilling to date has been successful. The shaping of <br />the northern area will be completed before revegetation <br />begins. To date we have approximately 60,000 yd3 of <br />soil stockpiled. The soil stockpiles not in immediate <br />use have a good weed cover that will control wind and/or <br />water erosion. <br />
