The County and the applicant, Southdown, entered into a <br />stipulation on August 10, 1993 regazding the above referenced application pending before the MLRB. <br />This stipulation requires the applicant to request the MLRB condition any action on the application permit <br />to conform to the stipulation, attached. <br />~nr: 2 41994 <br /> <br />The applicants agent, SHB AGRA, Inc., has specifically requested the MLRB to condition the permit, <br />if approved, in this manner in a letter to the MLRB, dated January 17, 1994. As a result of this request <br />the County does not anticipate making any presentation at the hearing scheduled for this matter.
