Banta,
Division Director
I have reviewed the 1990 Annual Reclamation Report prepared by Coors Energy
Company which includes the 1990 Annual Hydrologic Report. I have the
following comments:
1. The sampling and analysis meets the requirements of Rule 4.05.13
and the monitoring plan as modified by Technical Revision No. 19,
June 8, 1988, and Minor Revision No. 8, August 12, 1988.
2. The data for wells sampled fall within the historical range of
data for those we~l-1 s .. . _
3. The data from. the ~1,.990•s~ampling and measurements are within the
projections of.the Probable Hydrologic Consequences (PHC).
4. There continues to be no surface water accumulation or runoff at
the site and Well AMW-2 remains dry.
MA/eke
0319E
