You must pay the Annual Fee and submit an Annual ort each year until reclamation responsibility <br />release is granted. The Annual Fee is not a renewal fee. Th fee nd the po are for T.AST YEARS mining <br />and reclamation season, and M.ILZT be received even if your operation was m an inactive state.
