(BMRI) - San Lu1s <br />DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Tailings Area Construction Activities <br />Week of November 15, 1993 <br />Dear Mr. Oehler: <br />During the week of November B, 1993, construction activities <br />were limited to placement of liner cover material along the <br />north side of the facility and stockpiling of liner cover <br />material in the borrow pit. <br />Doug Gibbs of Water, Waste, and Land (WWL) visited the site <br />on November 11; he inspected the placement of cover material <br />and observed screening activities in the borrow pit. He <br />also reviewed and received copies of correspondence between <br />BMRI and the Division pertaining to the construction <br />project. Apparently, WWL had not received recent <br />correspondence; we will be copying WWL on all construction <br />correspondence and updates. <br />Settlement marker information is enclosed.
