Prior to receiving Erica's inspection report, Check No. 187224 in the amount <br />of $688.00 was submitted to the Division for the annual fee for the Williams site. In order to assure that <br />payment of the annual fee was received by the Division prior to the November 29 anniversary date, the <br />check was mailed November 20, 2001, together with a letter advising that the annual report would follow. <br />On Noverber 28, 2001, we received Erica's inspection report, which indicated that the Division would be <br />approving the bond release. I contacted Carl Mount today to determine if in fact the bond release was <br />approved, and if so, whether or not the annual fee and report are requved. Carl advised that the Division <br />approved the bond release on November 14, and since the approval occurred prior to the November 29 <br />anniversary date, the fee and report aze not requved. <br />I also asked Carl if we could transfer the fee that was submitted for the Williams Site to another <br />operation He discussed this with Bruce Humphries, and they agreed that this would be acceptable. 1 am <br />therefore requesting that the annual fee that the Division received for Permit No. M-1990-071-Williams <br />Site, be transferred to Permit No. M-1989-029-Longmont Distel Operation. The anniversary date for the <br />Longmont Distel Operation is December 7. The annual report for that operation will be submitted under <br />separate cover at a later date. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
