Ballard: <br />On September 7, 1988 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />succession of operators from Cooley Gravel Company to Lawrence Construction <br />Company for this operation. Enclosed are the Financial and Performance <br />Warranties you originally provided. These have been released as of the <br />September 7, 1988 Board approval for the succession of operators. <br />Please note that this succession approval is contingent upon timely receipt of <br />an Annual Report for this oper ton.
