DMG Permit No. M-88-1 12 <br />Bi-weekly Sampling -September ] ], ]2, and 13, 1995 <br />Dear Mc Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the bi-weekly collected <br />September 1 1, 12, and 13, 1995, as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plam. The <br />cross-reference table between sample identification numbers and sample locations is <br />attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process <br />point samples are enclosed. <br />The five groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14), RS-5, and the <br />process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8 anti the <br />three lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dry. The duplicate was collected al <br />M-9 and is not included here.
