ANNUAL MNE INFLOW REPORT <br />1989 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />In compliance with Stipulation 4f4 set forth by [he Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division: "Tne operator shall continue to submit to the <br />Division an annual report of inflows, discharges, and consumption of <br />water within the mine. This report is to include amine workings map, <br />shoving the location and quantity of inflows; a table keyed to the mine <br />map which shall contain the source (i.e. fault fractures, etc,), quan- <br />tity, duration and duality (i.e, pN, electroconductivity and tempera- <br />ture) of all measureable inflows; a table containing records of water <br />imported for use within [he mine; a discussion of the water balance <br />within the mine; and, finally, a projection of hydrologic impacts of <br />mining in the upcoming year, The mine inflow study shall be conducted <br />during [he month of June. If the occurrence of inflows becomes signi- <br />ficantly greater than the anticipated rates, the Division may require <br />that an additional inflow study be conducted at another time during the <br />year," Cyprus Orchard Valley Coal Corporation (COVCC) is pleased to <br />submit its annual Mine Inflow Report for the Orchard Valley West Mine, <br />located near Paonia, Colorado, <br /> <br />
