1999 ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE BOONE-FILLMORE PIT PERMIT NO. M-90-144 <br /> No increased disturbance due to miningoccurred to this operation during the preceding <br /> P 9 P 9 <br /> year. Material was sold offsite from existing product stockpiles. <br /> This operation was taken over by Western Mobile Southern, Inc. in January 1998. <br /> In April 1998, several problems were noted at this site during a routine CDMG <br /> inspection. <br /> The problems noted and subsequently rectified were: Proper sign with the current <br /> operator's name and permit number displayed; complete permit boundary markers <br /> placed; the topsoil stockpile has been seeded and no erosion is occurring. <br /> No increased disturbance through mining is anticipated for next year with sales to be <br /> concluded from existing product stockpiles. No reclamation will occur. <br /> A total of approximately 12 acres have been topsoiled beginning in 1995. <br /> Approximately 30 acres remain in a state of disturbance, encompassing the plant area <br /> and area to be mined. <br /> Approximately 42 acres remain to be mined and currently exist in an undisturbed state. <br />
