Banta, <br />Division Director <br />In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with the loot, the annual <br />fees, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and 34-32-127(:~>(a>(II)(A-D) <br />must be submitted annually ON OR BEFORE your permit anniversary date. The annual <br />fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report, and map are for the 1990 mining and <br />reclamation season, and and are due and payable, unless your reclamation bond has <br />been released in its entirety, before this anniversary date.
