The Annual Report provides <br />information regarding disturbance that has occurred to date, disturbance envisioned for the <br />next reporting period end reclamation accomplished to date end planned for the next reporting <br />period. Additionally, the Report provides the required maps of the Yankee Gulch Project area, <br />identifying disturbed end reclaimed areas. A check in the amount of $1,000, which represents <br />the Annual Fee for the Yankee Gulch Project, is enclosed. <br />American Sode has nearly completed compilation of its Environmental Protection Facility <br />information that you requested. That information will be sent under separate cover in the near <br />future.
