Also, the parts of Section 4.3 that pertain <br />to the use of the PID to test the material from the minus'/:" road base pile during excavation are <br />applicable to the amendment. <br />Item 2: An oil resistant 30 mil PVC lining has been selected to line the on-site treatment cell, if <br />needed. Supplied by Colorado Lining Company, this material is relatively thick and will come in a <br />single width of 20 feet, thereby requiring no seams.
