DMG Permit No. M-88-1 12 <br />Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Sampling <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Sangre De Cristo Labs and Paragon Analytics for the <br />recent bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly sampling periods as specified in the April 1992 Abatement <br />Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers, sample types and somple <br />locations is also attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for the <br />process point samples are enclosed. <br />All required sampling was completed. Analyses that have been received are enclosed and those <br />that have not been received will be forwarded to you as soon as they are sent to me.
