Vegetative ground cover is the <br />only success criteria which can be applied on previously mined <br />lands. Based on data collected a vegetative success stsndard of <br />26% has been established. <br />On September 28, 1990 a vegetation study, summarized below, <br />was performed at the mine site. Total herbaceous cover was <br />sampled using the point intercept method. Fifteen each 150-foot <br />randomly located transects were sampled, each with 50 data <br />points.
