ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br /> SILICA QUARRY, LYONS, COLORADO R C 9V'--D <br /> PERMIT NO. 77361 SEP 0 7 2001 <br /> 2000 - 2001 Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> The purpose of this report is to comply with the Mined Land Reclamation Act of 1976, Statute <br /> 34-32-1 12 of House Bill No. 1065. This report follows the requirements covering the "Notice <br /> of Intent to Continue" for a limited impact operation. <br /> The permit for the Silica Quarry located at Lyons, Colorado, was issued on June 4, 1978. The <br /> reclamation and mining plan submitted September 1, 1977, states that 6.5 acres in the Northeast <br /> /, of the Southwest %, Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 70 West of the 6'h Principle <br /> Meridian had been affected. Currently 2.2 acres are used as a stockpile and crusher area. As of <br /> this date, the total affected area is 6.5 acres. There will be no newly affected land in 2000, as <br /> mining will take place in the area already affected. <br /> • THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES FROM THE LAST REPORT, THEREFORE,NO <br /> MAP IS INCLUDED WITH THIS REPORT. <br />
