The Division has determined that all required subsidence monitoring was <br />performed (permit section 2.05.6, page 2.05-104). Based on the report, there does not <br />appear to be any additional mass-movement of the three monitored slides at the Sanborn <br />Creek Mine. Additionally, there does not appeaz to be any further movement of the <br />landslides in the Bear Creek drainage or any additional tension cracks on the Bear Creek <br />road.
