i <br />• III III III IIIIIIIIII • <br />STATEMENT <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE <br />RECEIVED <br />MAR 17 1995 <br />DATE <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1995 <br />r~ ~ iR~ <br />Division of Minerals & Geology ~9Y <br />RE: FILE N0: M-93-069, LINDSTROM GRAVEL PIT ANNUAL REPORT <br />ANNIVERSARY DATE 11-26 <br />The operator (Logan County) files this Nntice of Intent To <br />Continue Sand & Gravel operations at Lindstrom gravel pit, M-93- <br />069. <br />According to the revision of November, 1988 an updated map is <br />included as: <br />1. 2,382 cubic yards were mined & paid for by the county. <br />2. It shows reclamation areas to date. <br />3. It shows anticipated mining a ctivity in 1995. <br />4. Land has been reclaimed in the last year (see map for <br /> approximate location). Overb urden & topsoil will be spread <br /> over affected area according to the Mining Pla n & Reclamation <br /> Plan. <br />5.
