• Tables 39, 40, and 41 provide summaries of the 1999 Water Year data collected a[ each site. Tables 39a, 40a, and
41a provide period of record statistical summaries of collected data at each site. Figures 74 through 81 and 118
through 121 provide graphical representations of water levels and selected water quality parameters recorded at
each site. Typical Flow panerns were exhibited at these sites vvi[It spring runoff periods accounting for the peak
flows observed. At all of these sites, the inverse relationship between Flow and field conductivity continues to be
evident.
1999 Water quality parameters for these sites are typically within previously established ranges with a few
exceptions. A[ site 8 (Table 40) new maximum values were recorded for lab pH and alkalinity. At site 900
(Table 41) a new maximum value was recorded for SAR.
Fish Creek: Five surface Flow monitoring sites on Fish Creek are utilized. Site 16 is located upstream of [he
Mine 2 area; site 302 is located downstream of the Fish Creel Borehole mine dewatering site; site 1002 is located
approximately 2 miles further downstream and is monitored in conjunction with alluvial well 006-AW-2; site
27A is located near the Fish Creek Tipple; and site 1003 is located downstream of the Fish Creek Tipple. During
1999, the Fish Creek surface water monitoring sites generally required monthly flow and field parameter
measurements with quarterly water quality sample collection. The monitoring requirements for all sites except
302 are further described to require 12 flow and field parameter monitoring instances [o occur between Marctt
and September along with 4 water quality sampling events. All monitoring requirements were fulfilled at these
sites in 1999. Required monitoring at site 302 included monthh~ flow, field parameter, and water quality
• sampling during [he irrigation season June through September. Site visitation requirements were met at site 302
Tables 44 through 48 provide summaries of the 1999 Water Year data collected at Fish Creek surface Flow sites.
Tables 44a through 48a provide period of record statistical summaries of collected data at each site. Figures 82
through 101 provide graphical representations of water levels and selected water quality parameters recorded at
each site. Again, typical flow patterns were exhibited at these sites with spring runoff periods accounting for the
peak flows observed. Runoff magnitudes were in some instances derived from the extreme high end of the rating
curves developed for each site. These values represent best estimates but are unsubstantiated with measured data.
At all sites, the inverse relationship between Flow and field conductivity was evident.
1999 Water quality parameters for these sites are q~pically within previously established ranges with a few
exceptions. At site 16 (Table 44) a new minimum value was recorded for lab pH. At site 302 (Table 45) a new
minimum value was recorded for bicarbonate; and neva maximum values were recorded for molybdenum and
anttnia-free nitrogen. At site 1002 (Table 46) a new minimum value was recorded for lab pH; and new maxitnttnt
values were recorded for bicarbonate and amnia-free nitrogen. At site 1003 (Table 48) a new maximum value
was recorded for alkalinity.
Trout Creek: Tlvee surface flow monitoring sites on Trout Creek are utilized. Site 301 is located on Trout Creek
above the confluence with Middle Creek: site 69 is located on Trout Creek below the conFluence; and site 100,
• established in 1994, is located downstream of conFluence of Fish Creek and Trout Creek. Required monitoring
for these sites included monthly flow, field parameter, and water quality sampling during the irrigation season
_g
