w mencan <br />~B American Civil Constructors, Inc. ~uestructors <br />Randall and Blake, Inc. is changing its name to American Civil Constructors, lnc. <br />Two years ago the RBI Companies embarked on a new era when we joined forces with West Coast Bridge to <br />create American Civil Constructors, Inc. Our decision to do this was driven by our desire to expand our markets <br />and create more opportunities for our employees while providing a greater service mix to our clients. It's time to <br />reflect this great change to the public as we transition to the ACC name at the first of 2002. <br />It is important for our clients and vendors to know that it will be business as usual, if not better, in the future. <br />The management team that has been in place historically will be leading the charge as we go forward to develop <br />American Civil Constructors into one of the leading contractors in the United States. <br />VVe are proud of the company that RBI has become, and that company is American Civil Constructors, Inc. <br />
