Dear Mr. Humphries:
In compliance with CRS 34-32-226 (3) and 34-32-127 (2)(a)(II)(A-D) of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act, please find attached a summary of the 2005 reclamation
work and activities at the Bulldog Reclamation Project. Also enclosed is a check in the
amount of $550.00 for the related annual filing fees.
Please note on the attached "ANNUAL FEE and REPORT REQUEST'form that all
future correspondence or notifications should be sent to my attention in our
Grants office at the address indicated below. We did not receive the notice and filing
fees notice this year until we contacted your office and they transmitted the information
via facsimile.
