On August 13, 2007, I had a conversation with Jim Dupler of y~tr department regarding the
Annual Fee and Report Request for Reclamation Permit No. 2001-023. Based upon our
conversation, the annual report was received and accepted however, an outstanding balance of
$594 remains. A check for $197 had been submitted in error. Please find enclosed a check for
the outstanding balance of $594 for Reclamation Permit No. M-2001-023. Please do not
