Sediment Ponds - There are currently three existing ~edtr~~ent <br />ponds, wits valid N.P. D.E.S. Permits, contr-~11ing runoff frcm <br />disturbed areas at the mine and loadout site. A fourth pond •s <br />planned to be constructed and is shown as Pt. 004 on Water <br />Monitoring Sites For Permit No. C-019-81 (Man 37). A ccoy of <br />Colowyo's N.P.D.E.S. Permit No. CO-0032832 is enclosed. <br />Following is a list of N.P.O.E.S. sampling requirements during <br />periods of discharge. <br />As stated during the application process, <br />the ?i. L.R.
