Permit No. M-77-153, Annual Report
Anniversary Date: 02 / 07 /2001
FEDERAL TAX ID7
FiECE11/ED
®Z
4ilr~ignaft~9lir~~~G6eoi6gy
Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit
is February 7, 2001. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary
Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This
111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond
is $40,800.00. The facility is located in Adams County. The
Denver Water Board has owned the property for 3 years and are
working on the property as we mine. The annual fee was submitted
under separate cover.
Please refer to the Annual Report Map for items discussed in
this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual
Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and
Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter.
(1} No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove
material processed in previous years and mined rock from the
bottom of the lake area. We removed some of the concrete
rubble along the pit perimeter as part of the cleanup re-
quired by the Denver Water Board. This material is being
moved to the pond in the northwest part of the site and is
being used as fill to create the wetland area.
