As mentioned in [he Haley & Aldrich, Inc. Adequacy <br />review response letter dated 25 September 1995, well monitoring data for the report year is also <br />attached along with the location map. A comparison of the report year 1995 well readings to the static <br />water levels at the time of pernlitting, as provided in the aforementioned Letter, indicates no adverse <br />impacts to groundwater levels at the well locations due to dewatering of the Bromley Lakes Pit. <br />Because groundwater level fluctuations have been nominal and because current (late September 1995) <br />readings indicate no adverse impacts, recontouring of static groundwater levels is not warranted. <br />Haley & Aldrich is pleased to present this annual report on behalf of Ready Mixed Concrete Company <br />for the Bromley Lakes Pit.
