We did reclaim approximately 4 acres. We
will continue to reclaim affected areas as the mining continues west. The overburden that is being striped is about 7 feet
deep. The topsoil is about 1 %z" deep. What we are doing is stock piling the topsoil in piles. The overburden is then
striped and placed back into the mined area; therefore we are not leaving any overburden piles. The stock piles and
crusher is setting on an azea that has been mined with the overburden placed over it, by doing this it will eluninate a lot
of clean-up when reclaim is started. After the crusher and stockpiles aze moved we will go into the topsoil piles and
spread topsoil over entire area.
Ifthere is any question please contact William K. Goode at (970) 565-3388. Enclosed is map, annual report and permit
fee.
Sincer~elQy,~ ~ ~
William K.
