Following discussion,Commissioner Wingfield moved to waive the set back <br /> requirement for a gravel pit as requested on behalf of Mr. Richard Fryrear.The pit <br /> located in the SW '/.of Section 2,T5N,R47W of Yuma County can be mined to within <br /> 100 feet of County Road 59 as requested.
