The type and approximate quanity of fertilizers , <br /> organic material or soil conditioners used and location <br /> of use . <br /> - June 1983 Fertilizer applied to juted area 60 <br /> lbs . available N per Acre 30-10-0 total 1 . 33 <br /> Acres . <br /> - July 1983 Fertilizer applied to trees , shrubs , <br /> and vines . Approx 3 oz . sprinkled at the base <br /> of each plant 14- 14-10, 2% Fe , 60% Sulfer coated <br /> urea. <br /> 6 . An appraisal of the success of reclamation efforts, and <br /> in the event of failure of any efforts a short <br /> narrative on the suspected of determined causes of such <br /> failure . <br /> The reclamation efforts to date appear to have <br /> been successful . This has apparently been due to <br /> persistant efforts of reseeding and/or fertilizing <br /> as necessary, prompt maintenence of potential <br /> E <br />
