Inspections include <br />evaluat'_on of accumulated sediment levels relative to design <br />sediment storage capacity to verify that design stormwater storage <br />capacity is maintained at all times. if inspections indicate that <br />sediment accumulat_ons are at or near the design sediment level, <br />Rerr removes acctumtlaced sediment from the pond(s) within a <br />reasonable perio3 (typically 30 to 60 days) following the <br />inspection. Both pond inspection reports and documentation of pond <br />clean-out are retained at the minesite and are available for <br />inspection by authorized agency representatives.
