Extraction is continuing in Area III ofthe 1997 Technical Revision. A map was included
in last years annual report (as modified from the 1996 Technical Revision) to show the
approximate extent of extraction and fill to date; and intended azeas of extraction for the
2003-2004 period. There is no change for the 2004-2005 period. The azea of fill in Area
I will slightly increased from the yeaz 2003 annual report. Finish extraction, grading,
recoiling and revegetation of the basin shown in areas vi through ix will continue over the
next yeaz. Plant activities remain in the backfilled southeast corner of the NorthEast
quarter section of the permit azea.
