That portion of Tract 47, Sections 1 AZd 2; Tract 51, Section 2;
and Tract 53, Sections 2 and 3, all in Township 5 South, Range 85
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, according to the Independent
Resurvey of said Township and Range approved by the U.S . Surveyor
General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; which lies Northerly
of and adjacent to the Northerly line of the Denver and Rio Grande
Western Railroad Right-of-Way; Westerly of the Westerly line of the
access road to the Brush Creek and Eagle River Ranch property; and
Easterly of the West boundary line of said Tract 53, in the county
of Eagle, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
